  Брак с иностранцем.
  В списке требуемых документов необходим следующий сертификат:
 
  Marriage Ability Certificate (certificate issued by the Russian authorities to certify that according to the citizen's personal right – on the basis of  the Russian law – there is no objection to marriage with a Japanese citizen. An official Hungarian translation is needed (this certificate can include the marital status).

If  the Marriage Ability Certificate includes the marital status, this certificate is not needed.
