APPLICATION FORM FOR CONFUCIUS INSTITUTE SCHOLARSHIP
1.建议您使用IE浏览器填写本申请表，以便您能正常打印 。

2.请在推荐机构指导下准备各项申请材料。
Please prepare the application materials with the guaidance of the Recommending Institute.
3.申请人必须如实填写所有内容，并附上有关证明材料的电子扫描件。在线填写过程时，请将所需电子扫描件上传到申请系统，以供审核。
Applicant provides Information and materials faithfully, and uploads the necessary scanning copy of when the application system requests the proof to verify.
请准备以下材料。 please prepare the following files.
1）电子照片Digital photo；
2）护照首页扫描件Scanning copy of the first page of the passport；
3）申请陈述。须用中文介绍汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等，不少于800字。Application Statement: stating applicant's Chinese language learning background, study plan and aim in China It shall be written in Chinese and no less than 800 words；
4）HSK、HSKK成绩报告复印件(Photocopy of New HSK、HSKK Result Report)；
5）最高学历和成绩证明。申请者须提交经过公证的最高学历或在校学习证明。Diploma and Transcripts. Applicants shall submit notarized highest education diplomas attained or proof of study；
6）推荐信及承诺书。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。汉语国际教育专业硕士申请者须同时提交两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信（用中文或英文书写），以及毕业后至少从事5年汉语教学工作的承诺书（用中文书写并签名）。Reference Letter and Letter of Commitment. Students attending Chinese language programs of universities in countries with no Confucius Institutes established shall attach a reference letter signed and issued by the university President. The Master’s Degree Scholarship applicants are required to submit reference letters provided by two professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English). A written commitment stating that the applicant will be engaged in Chinese language teaching for at least 5 years after graduation (written in Chinese and sign with signature)；
7）未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。Applications under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.
8）“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛来华复赛获奖者须提供奖学金证书复印件和驻外使（领）馆教育、文化处（组）出具的推荐函。各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函。Winners of the finals of the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competitions for Foreign College Students and for Foreign High School Students in China shall submit the duplicate of scholarship certificate and reference letter provided by educational and cultural offices (sections) of Chinese embassies (consulates). Winners of preliminary rounds of the “Chinese Bridge” Proficiency Competitions in their countries shall provide award proof and reference letter provided by the organizers.
9）汉语教师须提交就职机构出具的执教年限及周授课时数证明。Chinese language teachers shall submit the proof on number of teaching years and weekly teaching hours provided by institutes they work for.
10）个人签名扫描件Personal signature scanning copy。
请注意：电子照片和个人签名扫描件上传文件需小于300KB，其他电子扫描件需小于2M. 所有文件格式必须为“*.jpg/*.gif/*.bmp/*.jpeg”。 Notice: The files of digital photo and personal signature uploaded should be less than 300 KB, and the other uploaded files should be less than 2 MB. All files should be with suffix to” *.jpg/*.gif/*.bmp/*.jpeg” format.
4.申请表提交后，所提交内容和材料不可修改 。
After submitted the application form, the content and materials cannot be modified.
5.提交申请表前，只能预览申请表。成功提交申请表后，才可以打印。

6.建议申请者在填报志愿前与推荐机构和接收院校进行咨询，以提高获取奖学金的成功率。
The applicant is advised to contact the recommending institutions and the host institute he/she applies for ahead of filling in the form, which may increase the possibility of winning the scholarship.
