Operator client.
Responsibilities:
• Dedicating in customer service, to provide professional consultation to prospective customers
• Assist customer
• Respond to customers’ requests, resolve queries at the first point of contact wherever possible
• Products and services presentation
• Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Support daily courier operation
• Registration of will be carried out in strict accordance with the law of Hong Kong, SAR
• Working 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Requirements:
• Excellent command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin), knowledge in Russian language preferred
• Bachelor / Master degree in related disciplines
• With 2 year’s or above relevant working experience
• Working experience with the documents
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
