Ⅰ. Company profile:
The Beijing Youcan Sunshine Sports Culture Co., Ltd was established in the spring of 2010. we try to implement the western education and English teaching in China through basketball training. We have designed the systemic courses, also hired professional coach team. Furthermore we also have lots of activities, such as basketball star meeting, communication game with international school and basketball carnival. Our students obtain lots of opportunities to develop their basketball skills and improve themselves in English, health, social value, spirit of team work,communication. With 3 years development, we already have 3000 registered students, 40 Chinese coaches, 50 foreign coaches and more than 40 campuses all over Beijing. Therefore, we offer various of lessons and activities to our students and already got good reputation in Beijing.
Ⅱ．Job Requirements:
1. Candidates should be qualified basketball player or coach with coaching experience.
2. Be in good personality，be punctual, reliable and disciplined and be able to adapt to the Chinese culture，for working in China
3. love coaching and teaching kids with passion, teach them team-work , be able to encourage and motivate kids in learning the game of basketball with multiple methods.
4. Be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
5. Speak English during classes, be able to explain drills and exercises clearly and concisely , and be able teach kids English through some little topics.
6. Attending the regular coach meeting.
Ⅲ．Main Duties include:
1.Basketball camp coaching
2.Design basketball and English curriculum
3.Coach basketball team in primary school or middle school
4.Recruit and train new foreign coaches
5.Participate in company promotional events and programs
6.Organize activities related to basketball
7.Participate in marketing activities
8.Attend coaching-related meetings/conferences
9.work in other cities or business trips arranged by the company
Ⅳ．Age range of the kids/students:
The kids’ age usually ranges from 6-16 years old.
Ⅴ．Workload:
1. There will be no more than 40 hours work per week, and there will be an assistant to help you manage and translate during the class.
2. Most of the classes will last for 2 hours long
Ⅵ.Salary and treatment:
1. Depending on the experience and ability of coaching and the classes you have, the basic salary would be 10000 to 12000 RMB (Pre-tax) per month, and you can get more if you are popular and work more classes.
2. The company will provide apartment room (live with the other coaches) and the plane ticket to China for coaches.
3. contract term: 2 years(at least 1 year)
