Position：Asisstant Sales operation manager(must be Female)
Report to：Sales manager of branch
Location: 上海 浦东新区
Job Description：
1.Sales operation function
a. Prepare the contracts and addendums with the clients (Navision system)
b. To translate business licence /tax certificates from Chinese in to Russian.
c. To prepare daily/monthly sales/shipment etc reports for HQ.
d. Interaction with clients: LC open date control.
2. Shipment/logistic
a. To prepare monthly volume demand for HQ
b. Provide daily shipment information to sales managers
c. To control shipment documents preparation
d. In-time provision of shipment documents to accounting department/client
e. Monitoring storage/warehouse facilities
Other Qualities and knowledge required:
1.有2年以上跨国公司外贸工作经验（最好俄罗斯代表处背景），熟悉中国外贸流程，包括合同签订，报关，单证等；
2.中文听说读写流利，有中文证书（HSK5-6及以上）；英文听说读写流利；
3.Familiar in Microsoft, Excel, power point (skills in PPT)
4. Familiar in Navision/other business management software
5. Good communication skills
6. Russia/Russian speaking, Female, 25-35 years old, must being in China now.
