The young Russian virtuoso pianist will have his first recital in the country at Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall on April 8. The 34-year-old pianist, who successfully started his career at the age of ten, has received extraordinary acclaim for his numerous recordings, among which are Schumann Concerto with the Vienna Philharmonic and Carlo Maria Giulini and the Prokofiev Concertos Nos. 1 and 3 with the Berlin Philharmonic. He will play the scherzos of Chopin and sonatas of Beethoven.
