Job description:
Direct all aspects of the operations for the Global Company that provides certain administrative support for a number of Diplomatic Missions in South Korea. This role has responsibility for 10 people, along with some financial accountability. On a day to day basis this person will be managing people, coaching and making sure process and procedures are being managed in an effective and streamline manner.You will be fully responsible for an A to Z office operation and client relations.
The successful candidate will be a customer focused, hands on, result driven leader with exceptional team performance management and client relationship management experience.
Duties willinclude setting team objectives, staff training and development, manage clients accounts, producing reports to the Head office, swiftly resolve problems that may have been escalated and ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
Key skills:
Must be fluent in Korean and Russian both written and oral
Education: bachelor degree and higher
Some english is desirable, but not essential
Proven background in people management
Proficient in recruting personel, effective team management and staff motivation
Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to execution.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with individuals at all levels
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain sound employee relations
Strong problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of finance and accounts
Must be proficient in the use of microsoft word, access and excel.

Salary: 2.5 -3 m krw. Depending on experience.
