The
Russian Ball 2015 in HK is less than one month away!
This Ball is titled “
Pushkin Ball” in honour of the renowned 19th century Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, often considered “the father of Russian literature”.
The spectacular location, delightful decorations, strict evening dress code will instantly set the royal ball atmosphere and prepare the guests for a glamorous night of mingling and ballroom dancing, - all in support of a terrific cause.
The programme of the evening includes opening cocktail, gala dinner, charity auction with a variety of attractive raffle prizes (restaurant vouchers, jewellery, luxury chocolate gift sets, etc).
Echoing Pushkin’s poetic descriptions of Russian high society events of the 19th century, the Ball will feature singing of divine Svetlana Ponomareva, ballet miniature by Natalia Bikmulina and regal dance performances by professional dancers Marina Goncharova and Juris Uzegovs.
The opening and closing dance pieces by the enthusiasts of historical Russian ballroom dancing.
This year proceeds from the Ball will go towards Make-a-wish® Hong Kong, charity organisation which is assisting children in Hong Kong and Macau with life-threatening medical conditions in realising their wishes. Make-A-Wish® Hong Kong began its service in 1989. To date they have granted wishes to over 1,500 children. These wishes became a memorable experience to them and giving them supports and strength to overcome difficulties and fight against their illnesses.
